All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours, should the item be low or out of stock you will be e-mailed and given a despatch date.
All our items are posted 1st class through Royal Mail except for bulk items which will be delivered via parcel force and may take a little longer, again confirmation of delivery time and despatch dates will be given.
Postal charges are added automatically through the shopping cart with discount given for multiple purchases.
In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post, claims can be made through Royal Mail as all our items are sent insured delivery with proof of postage available, bulk orders will be via parcel force and again insured for your security.
